LocalsNext helps residents discover public events published by local organisations. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information (name, email) when you sign up
• Location preferences (suburb/city) to show relevant public events
• Category preferences to filter your event feed
• Events saved on your device (bookmarks stored locally)

How we use information

• To provide authentication and your personalised local event feed
• To allow organisations to publish public events
• To improve app reliability and security

Data storage

Account and event data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Saved events are stored on your device.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Support → Delete account in the app. This removes your profile, preferences, and any organisations you own.
